Our strong alliances with our subcontractors is no accident. We allocate major time and resources behind our selection of our subcontractors in preparation for a bid or project. We pay on time, and treat our subs fairly. We continue to seek feedback as we improve our project management skills, the efficiency of our processes, and the way we communicate the needs of the project.
